This careers portal is operated by MMD Steel Group for recruitment into its own companies and their operating entities. Using the portal means accepting these terms.

You may hold one account, in your own name, with an email address you control. Keep your password to yourself; tell us at hr@fabrimetal.net if you believe someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account used by someone other than its owner.

The information and documents you submit must be your own and must be accurate. Submitting someone else's CV as your own, or misstating qualifications or experience, ends consideration of your application and may end your account.

Applying puts you into the hiring process for that opening. It is not an offer of employment, it does not guarantee a reply, an interview, or a hiring decision within any period, and MMD Steel Group may close, change or withdraw an opening at any time.

By using the portal you agree that an AI model reads the documents you upload to fill your profile and produces an advisory match score and rationale for openings. It ranks and prioritises only; a person reviews before any hiring step. You can switch AI-assisted ranking off at any time on the Data and privacy page, and ordinary search always remains available.

Do not attempt to access other candidates' data, disrupt the service, scrape it in bulk, or upload malicious files. Uploads are scanned and rejected on detection.

You can stop using the portal at any time and ask us to close your account from the Privacy and data page. Where a record of a recruitment decision must be retained, we keep that record and stop using it for anything else.

We update these terms as the portal changes. The version on this page is the one in force.
