The steps You can see which one you are on under My applications

Stage	What is happening	What you do
Received	Your application is in the pipeline for that job, alongside everyone else who applied.	Nothing. Keep your profile and CV current.
Under review	A recruiter is reading your CV against what the job needs.	Nothing.
With the hiring manager	The manager who owns the role is reading your application.	Nothing.
Shortlisted	You are on the short list for the role.	Expect contact about an interview.
Interviewing	Interviews are being arranged or held — on site or by call, depending on the country and the role.	Bring your identity document, your certificates and proof of your work experience.
Offer stage	Terms are being prepared for you.	Read them, ask questions, decide.
Hired	You have the job and onboarding starts.	You will be asked for your identity document, your tax number, a criminal record certificate where the country requires one, and your qualification certificates.
Not proceeding	You are not going forward for this job. It does not affect any other application.	Apply for anything else that fits — your profile and CV stay on file.

What we do with your CV

When you upload a CV, the text is read automatically and used to fill the empty fields on your profile and to score how well you fit each open job. No score can reject you: a person reads every application before any decision is made, and the score only helps a recruiter find your profile faster. You are asked to agree to this before it happens, and you can withdraw that agreement, export everything held about you, or delete your account and all its data from Data & privacy.

Applying

You need an account to apply, so that you can see where each application stands and so that your CV is held once rather than sent around. Browsing the jobs needs no account. There is no fee to apply for any job at MMD, at any stage, in any country — nobody at MMD or acting for MMD will ask you for one.

If someone asks you for money in MMD's name, report it to hr@fabrimetal.net and do not pay.

Tell us if you need an adjustment for an interview or an assessment — we will arrange it.

If anyone involved in your recruitment asks you for money, for sexual favours, or pressures you in any way, report it to the same address. It will not affect your application.

MMD works with recruitment agencies in some countries. No agency, listed or not, may charge you a fee to apply to MMD or promise you a job. You can always apply directly and free of charge on this site, even if an agency has also submitted you.
